Sunday Morning Trust Circle
Speak your truth in ways that respect other people’s truth.
Trust and learn from the silence. Observe deep confidentiality.
These are a few of the tenets of our Trust Circle as taken from the book by Parker Palmer, A Hidden Wholeness: The Journey Toward an Undivided Life, Welcoming the Soul and Weaving Community in a Wounded World.
Join us as we explore various topics that may follow the theme of the Sunday Service which will create an experience that will assist us in taking the lesson to a deeper and more personal level.
Facilitators are Jamie Donaldson, Hazel Ray and Joan Tufts, coordinator. We also had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Josh Whitman who initiated the Trust Circle.
Meets every Sunday morning from 9:30 to 10:30.

Unity of Birmingham Youth Education Vision Statement
The Unity of Birmingham Youth Education Department desires to provide enlightened leadership to our children and inspire vibrant new levels of participation in the universal awakening of the Christ Spirit Within through prayer, our metaphysical foundation, and peaceful and compassionate communication that leads to the individual transformation of all ages, lifestyles and cultures.
Who We Are
As a spiritual youth community, we provide a safe place of love and acceptance where our children and teens experience the recognition of their oneness with God.
Our purpose is to create programs and experiences that invite the Divine potential in each individual to grow and expand. Using the tools of affirmative prayer, Living Curriculum, meditation, and service, we practice Unity Truth principles as a way of life.
What We Believe: Unity’s 5 Basic Principles
There is only one power and one presence in the universe, God, who is all good and active in everything, everywhere.
I am naturally good because God’s divinity is in me and in everyone.
I create my experiences by what I choose to think and what I feel and believe.
Through affirmative prayer and meditation, I connect with God and bring out the good in my life.
I do my and give my best by living the Truth I know. I make a difference.
