Gina Pearson
Board Member
Gina has served on the Board since 2019 and is the board liaison for the hospitality team and nominating team. She significantly contributed to revisions to the church Bylaws and Policy and Procedure Manual, the minister search process, introduced the Board of Trustee Code of Ethics and Commitment Agreement, and is a frequent platform assistant at Sunday services.
Gina grew up in Homewood and attended Birmingham-Southern College and Cumberland School of Law. She is the proud Mama of one amazing daughter, two sweetheart rescued cats, and a rotating family of foster kittens. She champions employee rights as a trial attorney for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She enjoys hosting dinner parties, reading cookbooks, binging British tv, and is a novice gardener. Unity of Birmingham has been her spiritual home and family since 2009.
